Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for refund or exchange. All items must be in its original unused and unwashed condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. 

All items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds or returns will be accepted. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Please email sales@choko.com to request an RA Number for a refund. 
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Return packages must include a copy of the original purchase receipt, RA number, and a signed letter stating the reason for return. 
  4. Please indicate the RA Number on the outside of the returned package. 

Once a returned item has been received in the warehouse, the refund will be issued via the original payment card. Please allow for 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card. 

Merchandise that has had tags removed, been worn, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns for gaiters, masks, or undergarments. 

Refunds will be issued for the item(s) plus applicable taxes. Shipping, handling, and return shipping fees will not be refunded. Please note all items are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. 

EXCHANGES & DEFECTED ITEMS

You may exchange clothing items for different sizes or colours, if available. Exchanges are not subject to restocking fees however; shipping costs will incur. 

If you received a damaged product due to manufacturer defect, please email our team at sales@choko.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include images and a brief description of the damaged product. 

Removing tags, wearing and washing item(s) will void the return, exchange and damage policy.
